Default Nurburg prep for September......only to find a seized bolt...

So I've been giving the car a thorough going over in preparation for a nurburg trip.....cleaned and treated arches, changed fluids, bled brakes, new pads, sealed the paintwork and wheels, checked over the supercharger.
Anyways....got to playing with the suspension, raised it up a little as I was pretty low, cleaned and regressed my geometry bolts only to find one at the front drivers side has seized...
What are peoples thoughts on my options? I'm booked in for a realignment on the 13th august. And I'm leaving for Germany early September, not sure if I have time to source parts and sort the issue.
The bolt that's seized is at the drivers front, its the one which goes upwards. Its the second sleeve that's seized to the bush.
From what I understand I'm going to need to cut this out.
Is there anywhere apart from a dealer that I can source a replacement arm with the bushes intact? I've found tegiwa do the bolts.
And is there anything else I might need? I don't wanna decide to hack it off only to find I need more parts with no time to source those either.
Thanks in advance

When was the last time you had a geo? Does the car feel like it needs one?

I'd go ahead and get the geo read and see if it is actually out of spec before worrying so soon.

If it's seized in place and correct then nothing to worry about!

You might want to lower it down to where it was though because the toe will be out after you raised it up.

I can't leave it as low as before, it ended up rubbing when cornering hard on the inside edge with 225 front tyres.
I may just see how close the geometry ends up with how it is. Unless I manage to get a new arm in place.
Does anyone have any first hand experience with cutting out the front lower arm?
Any advice would be handy, I have a reciprocating saw, grinders and plenty of heavy handedness at my disposal, just don't want to end up having to replace anything else if I can help it

So I've been raising my suspension in an effort to stop the rubbing I thought I was getting.
I'm now back at stock ride height and I still hear the buzzing/rubbing sound when cornering left at 50mph or over. I thought it was my tyres rubbing but I'm now fairly certain it isnt. I have no idea what it is, I'm willing to take suggestions....I did consider a wheel bearing? But at 35000 miles and only making the buzzing when turning tells me its not likely.....anybody had anything similar?
