My HFC has not got one on with no problems,
think cat removal maybe needed to remove seized nut/bolts maybe ok though

I'm lowered on coilovers so getting myself (or my jack for that matter) is a bit of a pain! But I'll try tomorrow... hopefully just find it need a new bolt or something.

Ok - so one bolt was missing in the corner of the heat shield. Was still on very solidly, so surprised that it could rattle! Put a bolt in, and its gone!
