Default do all S2k clutches engage this early?

is my s2k abnormal? i've never driven a car that requires so little pedal travel to engage the clutch.. it grabs within first 2 inches of travel. maybe i need to put in a block of wood or something behind the clutch !!

ProV1 is your 5'er a stick? Bimmer clutches engage insanely late. Switching between the two, my leg would definitely be confused as sheit.

Can you adjust how much travel is actually involved in the entire engagement?
