are there any companies which made 75mm testpipes? ive searched ebay an didnt have any luck. i dont want to but a 70mm on which would create gas flow turbulence. regular 3" flanges arent shaped the same as the flange on the end of a testpipe so does anyone make/ or can make a 75mm testpipe? thank you very much for any info you may be able to helop me with!!!!

yes i just found a post the asura can make one. i have plenty of 3" flanges but none the match the shape of the flange used to bolt up to the stock cat as this sytem was designed to. many exhaust shops dont use SS either. i wonder how much asura charges for their testpipe? im suprised more companies are making these like invidia

I originally ran a UR 3" test-pipe with my HKS 75mm and it didn't fit worth crap. I ended up going with a Hytech 3" test-pipe through GTmotoring(designed to bolt to an OEM like header).

suppose they are hit or miss then. I don't have any issues with mine.

The angle it mounted to the OEM manifold was VERY bad. I actually did run it for 3 months with zero leaks though. Once it started leaking I opted for the Hytech. I didn't even try selling the UR, I just scrapped it.

FULLSAIL- so your saying the donut flange on the TP was mounted at a bad angle but the other flange was a decent fit?
hope mine is good but if the donut flange isn't perfect i will be calling them to get a refund or some sort of money back to fix the angle myself by cutting and rewelding to fit perfectly. the said they used a jig to make it so i dont see how one would be different from another. also did you have a extra wideband bung welded on? who was the location on that? THANK YOU!!!!

Once the 3 bolt flange to the cat-back is bolted down, the donut flange doesn't line up right at all. Something like this |\

the testpipe fit perfect!!! the retard who welded in the wideband bung, welded it in with the plug in the bung so it like welded it together. had a buddy with a crazy snap-on impact gun and torch get it out and my impact didnt phase it. needless to say the threads were gauled to hell so we drilled it out and welded in new bung. and got a whole whopping 20 dollar refund for the wideband option. i think they should have been a little more helpful and understanding. well at least it fit nice after i fixed their mistake. :suspect:
