How do you remove the facia around the dials on the dash.

this plastic is not a separate part - it's actual LCD panel.
mine also has those swirl marks - i think the only way is to buy a new panel.
IIRC it costs ~100 pounds.

The clocks DO have a plastic cover.

Have a look on Qube's website for details of how to remove the clock assembly...it sounds difficult, but is actually straightforward, providing you follow each step verbatim.

Yep - dash in AND out should be half hours work if you know what you're doing.

£80 here (for pre-facelift).
