Default VIS ASM bumper review. STAY AWAY

I got my VIS ASM front bumper earlier and ive been fighting with it all day to try to get it to work. Its not going to work, no way. Let me start off by saying the finish quality is horrible, even if it fit right it would still need a MAJOR amount of prep work for paint. Its a good inch off from the side fenders and headlight holes. And another major problem is that it does not have that dip for the hood to fall into. Its COMPLETELY smooth in the middle. Therefor causing the hood to just lay above the bumper so it looks hideous. Also the bumper doesnt even reach the mounting holes for the bumper support so the only way to get it on is to push it in alot and clamp it down with the over lay bracket. I really wish i could have kept the amuse r1 my car came with as it fits perfect and is so nice and im not posting this to hear any i told you so's or thats what you get for going with "cheap replicas". Take it as a stay away from these guys because theyre products are AWFUL. I guess i was the test mule here, so for those of you asking me for a review cause you wanted to get one too, STAY AWAY im also working on getting any kind of refund that i can cause i obviously need a new bumper so wish me luck guys

i didnt buy it from VIS directly, i got it from some guy with his own store on ebay but its made from VIS. He wants to refund me only $80 on it. and ill probably sell it for 100 bux locally. Im sure it can get fixed but i rather buy one thats perfect or much better glass back up my amuse r1 and fix that one. You guys think i can get 100 for it?

part refund sounds dodgy. As does selling it on to another poor S owner.

I reckon you should be sweet to fix up your Amuse one - it'll look perfect if done right.
