[00-037] Rear Window Is Creased, Clouded, or Scratched

The window has one or more of these problems:

• Creased: The window was not folded straight when the top was lowered.
• Clouded: The window is coated with a film of road grime, oil, and dirt.
• Scratched: The window was cleaned with an abrasive material, such as a terry-cloth towel that has been washed several times. The window rubbed against the rear tray and the convertible top assembly while the top was lowered.
