Hey All,

I am formerly one of the community organizers in the Bay Area (California) chapter of the s2ki community and am currently here in Athens for vacation.

After landing yesterday, I actually spotted a silverstone ap1 with what looked like OZ rims and red brembo brakes in front of a cafe I was at.

Anyway, I'm in Athens for another day or 2 and already saw the Archeological museum, the Acropolis, Plaka, and Ommonia districts. Just wondering if there's anything else to see, or any recommendations of stuff to do here. I may go to a club tonight, but have no clue where to look, so suggestions would be great!

I'll be spending most of the next week at Mykonos and Santorini...aside from those islands, are there any that you'd recommend that isn't too far? I was contemplating Skiathos, but it looks like quite a ways away.

We are having a meet tonight. Perhaps you could join us and tell you more. As for clubbing you can try the Villa Mercedes for tonight since they are having R&B night every Monday.

 

Hmm, doubt that I can convince my travel buddy to go a meet unfortunately. I'll take a look at Villa Mercedes, though! Thanks for the suggestion.

Oh, and I did some digging and think I spotted Manos yesterday.

 

Manos is all over the place. About Villa Mercedes make sure you are together with some girls. Sometimes the bouncers are a bit strict.

 

Haha, good point. I'll see who I can dig up at the hostel......any other suggestions in case this one doesn't work out?

 

arrrmand you can also go to AKRWTIRI its a very nice club by the beach near the old airport at HELINIKO.

 

Try Akrotiri or Deco. These are another 2 clubs near the sea. I prefer ACROTIRI but i have no idea if Mondays a lot of people (women ) are visiting this place

 

Try Gazi. All the above mentioned are for snobs.

P.S. Gazi means accelerator in Greek.

 

you can often find fat girls waiting out of these clubs..
you can ask them to come with you, so you can pass..
you are not going to spend your whole night with them..
you only have to use them for 1minute..don't feel bad about that..
