I don't know how long it's been since mine had an adjustment, but I've got almost 87k, so it can't hurt.

At 105k you're due for plugs, diff fluid change, cabin filter, air filter, oil change (unless your schedule is different), the valve clearance inspection/adjustment, and some inspection items. Basically a full tune-up.
