yes, all you will need is the 2 screws from yours to reinstall this one!

Is the price so high because it has s2000 etched into it or is something else different from the one Rick's has now?

this also includes the oem base and the "s2000" logo on it. The one you are describing is just the acrylic piece itself.

does the top go up and down without a problem or is this the type you have to move before putting the top up/down?
