I thought, after recently being scammed to the tune of $1600 by TURBO1RACER that it would be good to have a "DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH" thread.

This is not a place for senseless conversation but a place to post facts and fact only.

Please post here if the following takes place:

Poor recived goods, non paymnet for goods, did not recieve goods etc......

Perhaps we can work togeter to solve problems!


I'll start:


TURBO1RACER

September 16, 2004, paid $1600 via PAYPAL for (4) Antera rims with tires.
Never recieved goods nor has he responded.

 

This is a good thread (which I insisted we have, in your thread Hunter) BUT it had better be monitored really closely so good people's names don't get tarnished because of some pissed off buyer. Just my $.02

Absolutely right! Thats why I chose to only publish the screen name, and not the actual name of the thief

I think we should have a credit rating along/under our username as well and may be incorporate a prohibition to trade if the rating is really bad.
I've been scammed before too and it's a hassle to deal with these things.

 

We now have a good guy thread and a bad guy thread just for this reason.
