A local window shop could probably do the swap for you in 5 min. I included a photo of one but i already mounted it so you can pick one up at autozone, amazon, or your local window shop.

An auto dimming mirror is waaaaaaay nicer in an s2000 to blot out the headlights since it rides so low. Chances are that your OEM mirror is delaminating anyway (they all are). Also when flipping the OEM mirror up at night if the top is down you get blinded by street lights instead of headlights. This solves all that as well as adds a compass and gets rid of your clunky garage door opener. I bought this for my car but found a different one that i preferred instead and never installed. I did bench test it as seen in the photos.
