so you bought the s2k for 20k...what was your final price after all is said and done? or did you trade in your rsx and thats why you only paid 20k for the 06 lbp


im buying another one now same everything you have but with 25k miles for 21k but 28k after my neg equity gets on it etc.....

 

I guess with TTL the car was probably in the low $21k range. That's unrelated to the RSX trade-in (which I had positive equity on).

Are you looking at the S2000 at Bell Honda? I went to see that one and when I got there the car was in the body shop. The front bumper was getting repainted and there was a pretty decent sized dent on the driver-side (I think) door that was fixed and bondoed but not painted yet. There was also a some curb rash on the wheels.

 

yeah thats the one i was looking at and still am.....so they did repaint the front bumper?....i even asked them cause it looked like they did cause there is some primer on the lights...and the passenger side door doesnt work right so they had to fix the handle.....

so did you see them do the bondo on the car?


now i might just buy the one at lesuer auto in tempe instead...didnt seem to have any damage to it and nothing wrong with it..

help me out man...please

 

I think they repainted the front bumper; I didn't take a good look at it but it was off the car hanging on the wall (to dry I imagine).

There was definitely some kind of white substance on the door that they had used to smooth it out prior to painting. I'm assuming it was bondo but I'm not really an expert.

You might also want to call Earnhardt Honda, I got a call from a salesman there a couple days ago saying they had gotten a couple of S2ks in, although I didn't get any details because I had already bought my car.

 

i just called the body shop and they said that they did repaint the front bumper but they did not do anything else sto the car....nothing from the door and no bondo....

i saw them do the front but the door looks like nothing was doen to me but i might be wrong

 

Theres way too many s2ks on the market to be worrying about one with bodywork.
