Hm. One one side break squal seems something odd to complain about. Then again this guy looks like a poser that doesn't go past 35mph. On the other side, it is sad Lambo could not fix the issue or just trade him for another car. It's even more important to keep a good rep in higher society for brand recognition so they're shooting themselves in the foot.

Ironic considering Ferruccio Lamborghini only got into the supercar business because Enzo wouldn't fix his troublesome Ferrari.

This guy is probably just a douchebag who can't afford his Lambo anymore and found an easy out.

I don't know about all that. I mean if Lambo flew out folks to try and solve the problem it had to have squeaked. The judge wouldn't order Lambo to take it back if the problem still didn't exist. He would need to prove in court that Lambo made multiple attempts and could not fix the problem. He'd probably would need to provide video with sound (obviously) to show the judge that there was indeed a squeaking problem.

You just paid $250k for a car you don't think a squeak every time you applied the brakes would annoy you and that the manufacturer should do everything possible to resolve it?

just seems odd that they didn't just throw a new set of pads and a rotor on it and send him packing. or just grease them so they don't squeak or work.

No where does it say they didn't do that. In fact, since it was ruled a lemon the manufacturer had to make multiple attempts to fix the problem and couldn't.

Ding ding ding!!!

You're brakes are quiet now, just try to keep it under 25 since they won't work for shit anymore.
