August is fully underway and I have fallen behind and not put anything together for this month. Is anyone interested in a group event? I am on the fence in regards to what to do.

1. Plan a drive northward for lunch and escape some of the heat
2. Plan a local meet up, and group cruise to get some lunch/early dinner
3. Plan a local meet, cruise, and maybe someone with a pool will host a little bbq in the afternoon

All we need is a pool and someone willing to host! Maybe I can be convinced to make some of my slightly famous BBQ brisket...

 

Hmmm, who has a pool and doesn't mind having people over? Isn't there a guy that lives over by Dunkin?

I agree. I'm not babysitting anymore.

 

A few of us NSXers had been thinking of making a drive north to Flagstaff to check out Lava River Cave this Sunday 8/19, but I drove up there in my Accord on Saturday and am sad to report that the road is not sports car friendly. 7 miles of rough dirt road lead up to the cave that would probably cause even non-lowered cars to bottom out several times.

I wouldn't mind hosting a BBQ but my house is a mess and I'm not sure if I'll get around to cleaning it before the weekend.
