CAn you meet at 1 or 2? On friday? Anyways I thought you told your boss that you have that weekend off, regardless..

 

She said i could leave 3 hours early, that means i leave work at 3pm

 

You leave work at 3 on a friday, means you won''t reach palm springs til 4:45pm...Remember that's 90 miles of traffic you're in. I highly suggest <sick Leave> or my plane came in late.. or a delayed plan, or MY BAGGAGE WAS LOST.

If you're leaving at 3, geez, we'll meet you some where along the later part of the 10 freeway, when we have dinner or something.....

Is that ok?

Or we'll just meet you there.... Tan and I are ready to leave tonight or tomorrow early morning...

my opinion is:

1. I am going to have to take a direct deposit advance to pay for the trip.
2. It will kill what little tread i have left on my tires.
3. Drive the 6 hour drive to Phoenix by my self without a radar detector.


or my opinion is:

1. I can save a lot of money.
2. Save enought tire tread till I can afford to buy new tires
3. Not risk driving 6 hours by my self and get a ticket.
4. Piss off a lot of good people.
5. Miss one hell of a road, drive, and party.
6. Stay home and watch Saturday Night Live (which i hate to watch)

HELP I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO!

 

Is she the type of person to drop by your cube to make sure that you are there at 2:55pm? If not, can you leave at 2pm to compromise? (After all, you lost your free time by being out of town on business.) If you can avoid traffic getting out of LA, it is only a 4hr drive to Gloffer's house.

Don't drive without a radar detector
Don't miss the drive
Don't save tread by skipping mountain roads, and then use it up on a boring commute or on the interstate
DO the best you can to get out early. Once you are on the road, you are all set....roads, beer, ducks and elk for 3 days.
