I've had T-Mobile for years and haven't had any problems with reception in metro areas.

It's not but everyone does it. Nurses, doctors, orderlies, cafeteria workers, maintenance, patients, it's a part of life. No one stopped me when I was using it in the emergency room calling my wife or when I was waiting to go into surgery.

My wife (Doctor) uses it all the time as does my step-mother (Nurse).

there are certain areas where it is forbidden. to keep it simple, most hospitals just ban them all over.

it is most important around the intensive care areas since there are reports of cell phones messing with telemetry and sometimes with more serious equipment.

That headset looks very nice - may have to swing by a Cingular store and check it out.
