Clutch Replacement
I got 135K out of my original clutch. I installed my Clutch with my car on jack stands in my garage. It was late July and it was 110 like every day. I have a second car so I took my time and nipped at it here and there so It took me two weeks lol. It really wasn't that hard but it's time consuming. It was my first time doing anything remotely that intense, but I never felt like giving up. I didn't use a tranny Jack. For the driveshaft allens, I had to apply abrupt pressure to them because gradual pressure stripped the bolts, It may be different for you.
I would say a Clutch Alignment tool is a great thing to have. If your kit didn't come with one, I can let you borrow mine.
Solid engagement, engagement point is closer to the floorboard than previously. The one thing I would do differently is get a stronger pressure plate. The Exedy one makes the pedal so light that I can't get any feedback from the pedal on clutch engagement. It worked flawlessly this weekend at the autox, though I didn't work so well since I had disconnected the rear bar without enough front bar to make up for it.

That isn't going to change the stiffness of the diaphragm (my real issue with the setup). The engagement point (which isn't an issue) isn't that far off from where it was and I've already adjusted.
