Cox HD service SUCKS!
***RANT***
NBA playoffs on TNTHD.
1. Glitches all over the screen
2. Horrible quality compared to my old Dish setup
I call cox to complain, they tell me it's a problem w/ the setup at TNT. Funny call my father, no glitching on his dish HD setup.
screw you cox.

The only complaint I have with Cox's HD service is that there simply aren't enough channels! But that'll change soon enough.
As for the quality, I love it! Anything in HD that I record with the DVR is just as crystal clear as live.
Plant Earth= AMAZING in HD (and it has fewer commercials).
Granted, I haven't watched the playoffs on TNTHD so I can't really chime in with my two cents there...

DOOD,
It is most likely that your cable in your house is funky.
There is a maintenance window... lemme check...
On the STB, press the center enter button (the one between the four arrows), when the green light flashes, hit INFO. You'll see all sorts of parameters. Check your input db level. Mine is at -10. If it is below that, then you probably have a cable issue. Crappy cable means crappy signal.
Change out your input cable and see if the db level increases.
Hope this helps.
