Default Dyno again

Hey guys, some of you mentioned you would like to hear the 2.5 and what not. So I just figured that I post on here. I'll be dynoing again at XACT at 1pm on Friday. testing out the SOS big throttle body. Hope to see 255whp and 190 ft/lbs which is only 4 more hp and 2 more ft/lbs.

So if anybody wants to come by, feel free. Hell if you want to dyno, Tim said (as of 1 hour ago) that Friday was empty from 1pm on, I doubt that I will take more then 2 hours.

Bring it to Firebird on Friday night. I am going to be making some granny passes down the strip.

This one

Looks like ~ 66mm?
As for Firebird, I may or may not go...I was disappointed the last time I went when I only got 4 runs in and spent almost the whole night waiting.

when you swap throttle bodies, is there anything extra needed to be done?

not that I know of...

btw, I'm doing a before and after that day. I will start by tuning the car as it is now with the stock TB. It wont take long as it is pretty much already tuned. Then once I am happy with the tune we will put the SOS TB on and adjust the tune as necessary.

I will have comparisons with tuned stock vs. untuned SOS vs. tuned SOS

G/L on your tune, Tony at UMS will be tuning mine tomorrow. A conservative tune on 10lbs. for now, wanna put at lease 500/600 miles on the new motor before i turn up the boost.

Tony's dyno is not in yet so he tunes with Tim's at SRD.

Can't wait to see the full power of that beast George!

As far as the TB, I thought there was no point on swapping it in because the bore of the IM is matched for stock. Am I right? What is stock, 64mm? I want to see your before and after dyno's. Spoon makes one too that is tapered.
