exhaust install question.

Default exhaust install question.

Did you guys liquid wrench the bolts before the exhaust came off?

Mugen power soon to be arriving.......

I did, but I don't think it really needed it. The good thing about living in the desert is things don't rust like elsewhere, so it wasn't hard at all.

depends on how old your car is...you could try it without...LW definatly makes it easier

i didn't, but i did lube up those rubber hangers. getting htem off that was a PITA.

My Nuts were hard!! (Can I say that?) I used valvoliene syn spray on the 3 bolts. I used STP silicone spray on the rubber hangers.

Bolts weren't a problem for me, but those rubber hangers suck monkey nuts. A little silicon spray will be a blessing in disguise for those puppies.

Once its on, be sure to check the torque on the bolts to the mid-pipe after you've driven it a couple of days. I had one loosen up and desert me (and missed a club drive to boot)!
