You are experiencing hypnagogic myoclonus, basically an involuntary muscle twitch. They often occur in people who suffer sleep apnea, where your big, fat Asian neck pinches your esophagus closed and you stop breathing for 10-20 seconds. The brain responds to the deprivation of oxygen by sending a pulse to your muscles to try to wake your dumb ass up and get you breathing again.
Things you can do:
1) Lose some fukcing weight, fatty
2) Try sleeping on your side to prevent apnea
3) Get some more exercise (jerking off doesn't count)
4) Take some barbituates at bed and quit your godammed whining
