Set my camera up and gave it to my GF to take some shots for me this past Saturday. Had a great day out there! Cory with the yellow AP1 stopped by to check out the action, and Blake and Michelle came ot hangout as well. Had some great on track runs with Ravi in his NSX! My new wheels/tires and coilovers helped out and really let me start adjusting the handling of the car. As you can see from the pics my car handles extremely flat now Had a couple scary moments out there while adjusting to running a 245/40/17 front tire. Car felt pretty twitchy and had some oversteer, but it felt faster having more tire up front. Had to adjust tire pressure, and add rebound to the front end to dial out some of the oversteer. Hope to see more locals out next season!

Took Blake out for a ride and we had a 2nd gen RX7 blow something in the engine and my whole car got coated in anti freeze as we drove down the front straight into the sun and could not see a damn thing...was interesting....

 

That looks fun as hell. I wanted to come out, but I got PIR confused with the raceway that is on the side of the freeway off of the 10 I think.

I didn't realize PIR was balls deep on the west side.

 

HAHA, well maybe next time. I hope to run again in Jan/Feb at PIR again.

It still amazes me at just how capable this car is!!

 

I miss watching this.. And riding along with Jeremy. So fun!!!

Firebird west has to be my favorite track but PIR is nice too.

Next year we get to go to Inde which should rock!

 

I got my first ride along with Jeremy...then got my a** out and did it myself Learned a lot riding along with him!

I am going to try to do PIR in Jan or Feb, then start saving up for a 2 day trip to Inde in early May. We need to get a big group together for that event. Gonna need new rear tires, rotors, and pads by then...

Those damn 2nd gen RX7s! I went out on Sunday and SOS Chris was out there.

As far as Inde goes, you guys definitely have to go! I'll post up a few videos from there as soon as I get the chance!

 

Yea I saw you called and figured you were down at PIR. I planned on going to take pictures, but life go in the way lol.

One of these days we need like 4-5 S2000's out there together!
