It is the standard NASA (now called Professional AutoSports, I think) performance driving school. You spend:
-- 2hrs in the classroom talking about car dynamics, track flags, the correct line through the course
-- followed by a session on the track with an instructor
-- followed by 2 more hrs of talking about car dynamics and how to correctly drive the course
-- followed by another session with an instructor
-- followed by a short question/answer session over the last session

After that, you can choose to use an instructor or to drive alone. You use your own car for all of it...to use someone else's car, you need to do the Bondurant school with the NSX guys (but 8X more expensive).

I used to recommend upgrading your brake pads and brake fluid before taking the class, but several people have done fine with the stock stuff. We are going to do a tech day in Flagstaff in May or June, so we can help with the upgrades if you decide to do them.
