I had PHKNSWT approved for a little while about 4 years ago, then about the time I was expecting it in the mail I got the "Due to further review..." letter and was soooo pissed. When I submitted it I happened to be working for a consulting firm and their motto/slogan was "We know telecom" so for the explanation I put "Phoenix knows wireless telecom" and I sold it to the lady at the DMV but some other bastard ruined it for me.

And while we're on the subject can anyone explain how this got approved: MILF YA
