Ok here's the latest info:

Basically we have permission to come in and take the designated area on the map below. If we decide, we can instead take the area to the right but I think this one is more central to both tracks.

They are not going to babysit this area for us so we need to get 4 cars out there asap and mask off the spots. The area will be reserved by yellow caution tape and those 4 cars in each corner.

I will be there at 9am. Who else can come out with me? Maybe others that are racing can park with us, at least until more people show up. Also, if you have cones, please bring them. Don't forget your folding chairs too because it's going to be a long, hot day.

I counted 24 spots so the people who wanted to bring a couple of their friends are welcome to do so.

Let's keep a professional attitude and show we can take care of ourselves so we can be welcome in the future.

 

I wasn't planning on being there that early but if you need another marker let me know.

 

I'm not racing...but I can be there all early like at 9 too. (Can you be there then if you're just spectating?)
