My driver side window only rolls down half way . It happened out of nowhere. Anyone else experience this issue? I did a search and it looked like it was only an issue with the earlier ap1's and not ap2's(which I have).

 

The following is how to reset the window regulator, I haven't heard of your specific problem, but it is worth a try.

"Roll window down and keep holding the button till you hear a click (takes a few seconds). Then roll window up and keep holding button till you hear a click again. Turn car OFF. Next time you start the car, the window will be reset. If it doesn't work (and usually it won't last long), you'll need a new window regulator." -xviper
