It would be cool if us west siders met up, then maybe meet up with the north and east siders somewhere over near the track, so we can all drive in together.

If you want to park together, then it would be best to meet prior to rolling into FIR. Here is a FIR map for the event:

I'd suggest to meet up (with the Tucson crew) at the Pilot gas station sometime around noon and then drive down here.

The event times on that map that was just posted say differently, but whats up with the flier saying the gates open to the public at 3:00pm?

its open to spectators before 3 pm
