My Review
So I have had this stuff for a while, and finally devoted time to get this thing put in. First off all, here is the item in question:
(Please excuse my engine bay's filth, the AZ down pour is over and now I can finally get at it!)

That mount saves us from having to snap a "tab" off from the fuse box, which is nice because I never wanted to snap or break something off of my s2k if I can avoid it.
Installation was fairly simple. However I made it difficult on myself and left the heat shield in place, as well as didn't remove the battery. If it were not for my small wrists this would have been near impossible for anyone else it seems. The really cool thing was it came with a template to put over the heat shield so you could tell where the hole for the ETD needed to go.
Tools needed were just a socket wrench and a good ol' open ended wrench. (different sizes)
Total hours spent, maybe like 1hr and a half...Took me forever to find a 10mm because my garage is a mess haha. I also did this in poor lighting and put on my headband that has a light on it haha.
Things to consider: Lock tight! This works really well and it shows, even the instructions say you probably should use it and I strongly recommend it.
Here is the rest of the pictures I took:

Worth the time and money?
Yes!
Why?
My AP1 had the dreaded 2nd gear scratch, and this usually happens if the motor shakes around to much, and when you go for second at high RPM it will scratch or refuses to accept 2nd gear lol. I changed my brake and clutch fluid to SUPER BLUE to resolve the issue, it helped and reduced the scratch, but it was still there. (Fluid before was very black and needed to be changed.) So figured this was my next best step. After the ETD was installed and "thoroughly" tested I noticed a few things.
The shifter doesn't move while idling; what I mean when I say this is before my shifter used to vibrate my arm a little while I just had it in neautral, but now there was very little to no vibration. Shifting I noticed is WAY smoother, even pulling a corner at an aggressive speed the shift into the next gear is seamless.
The best part was when you get on it, you seem to notice the throttle response sooner because the motor is not taking time to move to the right, instead the ETD "dampens" the motor and just throws that extra effort to the rear wheels.
Over all, I am very satisfied with the product and results! Easy to install, makes it so you don't have to damage a piece in the bay, helps shifting seem smoother, and gives the motor mounts some relief.
Strongly recommend to those who are looking to add a ETD to their s2k. I chose the NRG ETD on mine.

Before you got the ETD, could you essentially rev the motor in neutral and when the RPMS fell all the way to idle ~1,000rpm, you hear a little rattle and feel some vibrations?
I'm almost thinking one of my motor mounts is broken b/c of the sound and vibration I get. Oddly though, it doesn't allways happen. The ETD would help this but I need to asses if a mount is actually broken, if it is, then I'll likely just get either the Hardrace or Megan racing motor and tranny mount kit and get some rear diff mounts as well.

My car is the same way. Idle drops, rattle occurs. I climbed under it to see that only the exhaust rattles, however, if I'm really on it (which is the most rare form I ever drive this car in) I find that mine won't accept 2nd when trying to enter it from 7-8k in 1st. The odd thing is that none of my motor mounts are leaking and the tranny mount appears firm. Maybe I need one of these.
Love this thing. I got one of the initial run. Excellent piece but yes, you do need to acrobat your arm in there to tighten the bolts.
I think you have your ETD mounted backwards but who knows if it matters. I think it's easier to adjust the other way.
I found mounting it and then giving it an extra turn on the push direction gives the best adjustment.
Also, you could plasti-dip the mount so it looks more oem
