YES Jihan is correct. I put the 03 ECU in my car so i have my 01 sitting in my garage and you are more than happy to use it if you need. Just let me know so i can bring it to work with me tomm (wednesday) and you can swing bye and pick it up. Major cross roads are the McClintock and University. Let me know and ill get you the directions.
Thanks a ton - I will pick it up tomorrow (Wednesday). I will PM you my cell - call me when you get a chance so we can set a time. Again if you are open for lunch I am more than happy to treat.

My office is off of University and 52nd Street

Isn't that where all the strip clubs are?

Sure you are at the office (wink wink nudge nudge).

William did you get this resolved? Was it your ECU?

Nope - was not the ECU. I installed the one Jeff let me borrow and it is doing the same thing. Apparently quite a few people are experiencing the same issue, but nobody has found a solution.

I have a couple more things to check out - hopefully I can get it sorted out soon.

Have you tried rebuilding the carburetor? I would try that or replace the right two vtecs. They go bad after a while.

WOW that's a shitty problem. AP2's ftw lol

Clogged injector maybe? I see replacing the O2 didn't help. Could it be a coil issue? Spark plugs? Leaning out = not enough fuel (duh) so gotta check the whole fuel path.

Not the MAP (installed new)
Not the O2 (installed new)
Not the coils (replaced with coils from a normal running 05)
Not the sparkplugs (tried 3 different sets - including new OEM)
Not the injectors (replaced all 4 injectors with injectors from a normal running 05)
Not the ECM/ECU (installed a known good one from an 01)
