Wow, that judge should lose her job. They blatantly disregarded expert testimony proving the failure wrong, and also somehow ignored the fact that the vehicle was traveling 140mph AND fireworks went off inside the vehicle? Uh... yeah, that's somehow Hyundai's fault...
Let's not forget that these kids weren't wearing seat belts. Oh, and they killed a young mother, father, and 2 children in the Pontiac.
All of the crucial evidence went out the window, and now they are trying to settle by reducing the amount - but it looks like its getting appealed again. Good for Hyundai.
