You should say she pulled you over to ask you on a date.

So I had to plead in front of the judge. I plead not guilty. Judge said that he could have let me go.......but the officer wrote me up for no registration rather than no current registration. His hands were tied.

She was really nice and considerate. She obviously was not happy that day and was taking her aggressions out on me.

Court date here we come!

Do your homework Lee, look up the ARS number on the ticket and see if you can find a way to beat it.

If you have registration and she wrote you for no registration, then she wrote the wrong ARS number on the ticket. I had the same thing happen to me like 7 months ago in Fountain Hills. If you have proof you had registration at the time, then the ticket is incorrect and they can't possibly fine you.

Got stopped SAT. night around 01:00 coming home from a party on Greenway/40th St. Area. Just asked for my license, had me get out of the car, asked me why I was driving sooo fast (DERRRRR , Sir) "I'm just driving home".........
had me stand on the sidewalk a few minutes, looked at my license, then said sorry..he had to go, gave me my license back and he took off.
WHEW! Just lucky, I guess. Said he had been following me for a while. Good thing I drank ice water most of the night.
