My AP2 did that whenever the A/C was working hard. Dealer said no problemo. Maybe it was the compressor clutch? I couldn't track done exactly what was causing it. It didn't seem to happen regularly and only happened while driving so I couldn't shove my head in there and find it. After three years it didn't cause anything to fail so whatevs.

Sounds like you need an Invidia exhaust.

Mine was doing the same thing and I took it to the dealer (Superstition in this case). They ordered parts and took a day to repair it. Clutch and some type of valve. All under warranty. No more sound (except the Invidia).

Thanks, I will listen for it to get more obvious so I can point it out. Do you think I will be hurting anything else besides the AC Clutch if that is the problem ?

I didn't like the sound and heard rumors that Honda was having problems with their ACs. So I had them fix it before I ran out of warranty. Overtime I believe the AC would have gone out.
