I was cleaning out the engine bay trying to get rid of the smell i had and while checking for fluid leaks I noticed the reserve cap gets only so tight as shown in the video below.

Is this normal ? I never really checked the cap before.

This is normal as long as you don't see anything leaking out. You're not supposed to tighten that super hard.
