I think you should fix it, and add a splitter. Let me know what you plan on doing. I got a couple PRO-E models of front spiltters drawn up...just waiting for the chance to build one!

 

If I had the slightest molding skills, I'd configure it to be in the usual aero-foil shape. But I think a splitter will help. Does anyone know any good body shops that can pain the lip for a low price? It's almost fixed, just needs to be painted.
