Actually it is all true. The definition of slander from Merriam-Webster:
"1 : the utterance of false charges or misrepresentations which defame and damage another's reputation"
Everything is true, and who cares?!
Let's ponder all of the stuff Philadelphia is known for?
-Toll roads
-Slow road speeds
-Traffic congested roads
-High cost of living

Ho Hum, another example of Climate Envy from our suffering friends back east. W. C. Fields was from Philadelphia and was smart enough to abandon it before he was 12 yr. old. On his tombstone he had engraved: "All things considered, I'd rather be in Philadelphia" This morning, Barry White, in his KFYI talk show, had the right idea-- "Reprint millions of copies of that editorial and air-drop them all over. Maybe it'd discourage a lot of people from moving out here". I am also reminded of a line from the musical "1776", which has John Adams referring to "... fetid, fuming, filthy Philadelphia...." Even back then they knew.

Did some research on this, for the hell of it. A little bored.
Philly lost people from 1990 to 2003, dropping 4%. Phoenix in the same period grew at a rate of 38%. That's the #1 growth rate for top 10 cities. #1 in the top 50 cities is Las Vegas at almost 100% for the same period.
Philly has 3.4 times the congestion of Phoenix. Phoenix has almost 4 times the land area (makes sense from the numbers).
A 30 mile drive from downtown Phoenix can only put you into two counties (Maricopa or Pinal). A 30 mile drive from downtown Philly will put you into 13 counties and 3 states (Pennsylvania, Delaware and New Jersey)
Maricopa county population (according to FedStats - used for all data) is: 3,194,798
Maricopa county and Pinal county population is: 3.384 million
Philadelphia county and neighboring Delaware county population is: 2 million people
If you add in all of the Pennsylvania counties within 30 mile radius, population increases to 3.851 million people
If you add all 13 of the counties within 30 miles (includes area outside of 30 miles in the county), population is: 6.24 million
Cost to drive 60 mile diameter through Phoenix - gas
Cost to drive 60 mile the highways around Philly - $15 in tolls + gas
