My company is looking to rent out the first floor and warehouse space of our building.
Details:
- 12,000 sq ft of flexible, access-card secured, air conditioned space with linoleum flooring
- Includes warehouse space (I believe 3,000 sq ft is included, but can be negotiated up to 15,000 sq ft)
- Located at 40th St and Broadway (excellent access to airport)

Funny you mention that... Carol Shelby Goodyear Racing Tires is subletting a good portion of our warehouse right now. That's one reason I posted here, I thought it would be a nice tie-in for a race/custom tuner shop.

We are, mostly light office work. And no, that would suck listening to revving engines all day. But it's also not my decision, they just trying to get the extra space rented.
