AZDavid I don't how you know all this but I never had a clue. As for DST I loved when it would get dark sooner when I was younger but these days I rather have it stay brighter longer and in AZ theres plenty of sun year around!!!
If memory serves me right, AZ doesn't participate so the laborers can get more done in the early mornings. They would rather have the extra hour of light in the morning, not in the evening for the cooler temperatures.
I've been lucky enough to never have to experience the atrosity known as day light savings. The only time I lived outside of Arizona was in Hawaii. Between you and I, it was one of the main reasons I took the job out there. Adjusting clocks has been a phobia of mine for years.
In all seriousness though, it does kinda suck to have to think about everyone elses change. When you set something up, are you in MTN time or PAC time? All depends on the time of year. That blows a bit.
