well we kind of messed that up, we had told our realtor about it and he talked to some ho named Kate before we even got to Tucson.

I did talk to a bald philipino guy for a while, he was pretty cool.

Went down off Houghton today and looked at another new community, cant remeber the name right now though. should be getting a call back tomorrow.

With Pulte we needed another 10k off to get it to work.

The community we went to yesterday is The Manors at Rancho Del Lago by K Hovnanian. A lot smaller community then Sierra Morado.

We liked the Sierra Morado community a lot though, we were looking in Tierra Calida - Mojave.

Do you think it's realistic to be doing a bunch of clutch installs? Maybe you guys are animals when it comes to wrenching, but I'd want a whole day set aside just for that.

Yea, I dont plan on doing any clutch installs!

I will impose a rule....any car 'stuck' in my garage overnight will need to pay my garage $30 a night

I wouldn't touch a clutch install without an impact gun anyways. Header and suspension are no sweat. I am probably going to bring my Fit filled with jackstands and other tools to get all this stuff done. Anyone out there have an aluminum race jack? I don't want to haul mine around as it has a small leak in it.
