Does the car have a clean carfax? If you decide to part it I would be interested in the frame and all of the body panels most likely.
WTF why would you part it out. Buy a used long block and throw it in.
Or rebuild it if you have multiple cars.
Not to mention that it sounds like a freak accident having issues at 47k....
These engines are bullet proof with retainer maintenance and swapping oil banjo bolts on early models.
