My dad was like, Colin, you got to stop spending money on this car. Hes like, if you plan on getting married save the money for that and your ring. He kinda snapped me out of it but at the same time. I probably have this opportunity when I am married. Main thing I need to save for is my plane ticket and the ring. Don't want to get a ring for her out of a bumble gum machine.

 

well he does have a point. seems like once a female is in your life money becomes like this rare opportunity to have. therefore my recommendation now....spend it now before its to late..(dun dun dun!!<-corny scary music playing)

Well her parents have money I know for sure. 4 houses in the bay area, I know. Out of respect to her parents I don't want to ask for any money from them like her other 3 sisters did. She doesn't either because being the last child shes seen behind the scenes and her parents look on it. One of the reasons we will be living here during the beginning of our marriage.
