Background. There is a guy that parks in the same lot my mother does downtown, he has a Sebring or Silverstone AP1/All Red Interior.
So she tells me she saw him today, but not in his S2k, and asked him where it was.
He proceeds to tell her that Holmes had an accident with his S2K and a CRV, and smashed a door and messed something up with a headlight. She said he is pissed, as we could all understand that...

Jesus, I couldn't imagine if it would have been one of our cars...
I'll update as I get more details... I'm going to get my mom to have him call me.

 

Wow! That is bad. I hope they pay him for the value it took of his car! Repaint is bad, bad for resale!

 

its not me it must be maskdman he is the only other one that has a sebring/red ap1

yeah holmes sucks i had my si hatch in there one day and they put a huge ass dent in it and it was in the shop for over a week getting it fixed

 

No, it's no maskdman either... This is an older guy (I say older, but older than me anyway) who works downtown. I'm not sure if it's sebring or silverstone, my mother just says "it's silver" but does have the all red interior, she says even his dash is red.

That really sucks about your civic... I hate hearing horror stories like this. I mean I almost came unglued once when my Acura CL was in for service @ ORR Acura and their were black greasy handprints all over my immaculate parchment interior (beige).

 

It's Sebring Silver, and it's a red and black interior. It just damaged the door, mirror, and front fender on the drivers side. Not sure about the headlight? I didn't see anything. It was a guy named Greg if I remember correctly.

Not me thankfully. I'm all red on the interior (MY02). Sucks for the unlucky owner.

 

lol.. they nacked an suv into my car when it was in there. busted my taillight and all. they were quick to fix though

 

Wow, I WAS considering taking my S2K there to have my squeaking wheels looked at. Screw that!

Maybe I'm misinterpreting what your saying ?

The least they would do is fix it, but the fact that it happened at all should be non existant.

What I'm having a very hard time comprehending, from a business standpoint, is that this type of incident has happened more than once!
