Default Cool Guy Award

I figured I'd start this thread, it makes for an interesting Conversation.

Sadly I'm going to start with myself. This morning i was heading down E Kings and to miss traffic at Kings and Youree i always jump in the Walgreens parking lot. Well today i was making my way around the lot to its exit on Youree and i noticed traffic was about to block me in (defeating the purpose of this turn). So i was in first and i kind of stepped on it coming out of the parking lot to Youree. I turn car sideways in the middle of Traffic ( It looked graceful if you asked me) however when i went to shift it into second. Me being a new driver and alittle overwhelmed with keeping the car on the road i missed. I have the car revved up to 6k and i manage to get it in and nearly pile out.

Complete cool guy i know. What can i say for myself. Im sure you all wish you could do something as foolish as that. That being said I think i need new back tires and still alot more experience at the wheel before i try to make life threating decision's on a busy road.

The first step in acceptance is admitting when you've done something dumb.

I actually had a lady come into a resteraunt where I was sitting down eating, and tell me that I cut her off, and that I was driving too fast for where I was at the time. I knew exactly what I did and appologized to her, because she was right, and I know better... I typically don't drive like a moron, but every driver does stupid things occasionally.

lmao.. so true. I have calmed down now though. Taking the car to the track takes the heavy foot out ...some.
