If i do any engine swap what should i go for?? I was looking into the ls1, 4.6L outta a 98 cobra or a 351?? Whatcha think??

I want more power by leaving it n/a so doing a swap is something i was looking at..

but I agree with making a monster turbo build for the S rather than doing a swap..they always wind up being thousands of dollars more than you expect it to be..all said and done 2jz swaps will run you at least 13k..im not sure about ls1 swap but im sure for the money its not worth it..

you have to run a different tac or get an adapter made for it. Same with the trans.

the LS1 is the most daily friendly swap, hands down, but i bet it destroys the rear end... turbo abuse is the best kind it comes on slowly, drive line shock is what destroys most parts...
