Default Hello again everyone!

hey everyone, figured id check back in and see how everyoneis holding up! i also wanted to finally share an almost finished project. i was working on it when i was still in arkansas, never managed to get it finished before i left. well, the hard parts done and its back on the road! Introducing my 1990 240sx:

When i first got the car. 296,000 miles, original ka24e, original 5 speed tranny. This car was a ricer rescue. i ripped the giant ass wing off before i took the pictures.

The suspension was toast. Only thing that was good on the car was the coilovers. they only had 1000 miles on them. So i replaced all the bushings, and added some Suspension Techniques sway bars, circuit sports tension rods and rear upper control arms.

After that, i orders the JDM Type X tailights

NExt up came the motor swap. this was a pain in the ass because i had a friend who was helping me with the swap ditch me. the car sat for about 5 months until all the issues were solved. The OEM turbo was blown, so i replaced that with a new OEM unit. My friend wired the MAF backwards and my radiator fans backwards before he ditched me(yet somehow he wired everything else on the car correctly), so i had to fix that(i am a complete idiot when it comes to wiring.) The oil pan was dented and the pickup was crushed, so i had to fix that....long story short, its fixed and running now! drive it every other day lol

When we pulled the ka out

SR20det installed

Blown Turbo

Final result after eveything was fixed

And now, the car as it sits right now

Just for kicks, ill post some pics of the stuff for the S2k

haha thanks, its still a major work in progress. but, conservative estimates put the car at 270hp @7lbs of boost. the car now has roughly 320k on the clock...so its turned intomore of a restoration now lol

nothing much sean. i had a engine mount go out and split in half. it caused it to rub against the hood and i just thought my engine sat higher than ap1s. and that was not a smart idea, because that lead to some damages to the hood.

Dude love the Kouki tail lights sir. Car looks good and don't envy you. They can become the biggest money takers but are very rewarding cars once they are done!
