I was driving down barksdale around 1 this afternoon and this black kid came running across the railroad tracks in front of the west gate. He was being pursued by two of your co-workers, but they were way behind, LOL. He ran across the street and got away I guess? Saw one of the boys in blue breathing pretty hard and talking on the radio as the kid dissapeared behind that car dealer lot..There also was an Avalanche up on the train tracks for some reason? I dunno what happened?

Dude that's so funny cause I was there like 2min earlier before it happen, I went to turn in my 9 and then this nuka then I heard the call on net/radio, yea tht guy had one 2many twinks and ho ho's and then I started laughing so hard in the armory
