anyone looking for a iphone without a contract, if my little cousin doesnt buy my 16gb 3gs , it will be up for sale. its 1 month old. my old 3gs broke and bobby fixed it but i was still having problems with it so apple replaced it with a new 3gs. also the new 3gs has a invisible shield full body shield installed.

I think I've still got a while. I may be due for one in December.

AT&T will let you upgrade if you are within 6 months of contract expiration.

Unfortunately, mine expires next June. Gah!

Based off what my friends say at AT&T. They are going to let anyone upgrade but you are going to fall into the new data plan as well as the new double the cost ETF. Fail

I checked my ATT data log and I only use maybe 100 mb a month, thanks to Wifi at home and at work. So even the 2gb data plan should be plenty for me and I'll still save 5 bucks a month. Check your data usage online and see how much data you actually use.

i read on at&t website ( forums ) that if you have a smartphone with the unlimited data plan and you upgrade to another smart phone and just renew your contract and not change it you keep your unlimited data plan.

I went to a at&t store and they told me the same thing. they said when you upgrade you can change your plan to another plan that cost more and still keep your data plan. only if you change your plan to a cheaper plan is when you will lose your unlimited data.

so all you iphone owners out there, JUST RENEW YOUR CONTRACT DONT CHANGE IT.
