It's gonna be hard to find an AP2 for under $17k. Here are a couple of AP1s I stumbled across...

01 SYP w/ 65k miles, test pipe, HKS exhaust for $16.5k OBO, but no pix and location unknown

00 NFR w/ 91k miles on chassis and 20k miles on engine, Sony Xplode head unit for $13.5k OBO located in Dayton, OH

My boy Jon has got BIG plans for this car! Sounds like it is going to be HOT if we can ever get him one It will be a nice addition to the Ark-La-Tex club.
