Well, i think we should get a few s2000 together for a group lunch here in a week or so. I was wanting to go on a nice day so the date isnt set in stone. Just be ready here in the next week or so. Place with the most votes is where we will go unless someone really really doesnt like the place. We can all go bowling afterwards or something if you all want. See yall there!

Oh, and on a side note, i spoke with the owner of the New China in jacksonville the other day, and he was more than willing to host a "Cars & Coffee" event if we chose to do so... he even said he might bring out the Supra....

February 22nd is also the 1st Sunday ARSCCA (Auto-X) Event of 2009, might could probably swing by War Memorial that day...

Its really alot easier than it looks. Like alot easier. I remember i got confused when I first started, and almost got lost on the track, but after my first lap, it all started to make sense.

come on! you guys should at least do some fun runs! last year they only charged 2 dollars per run, so its not bad at all. either way, anybody is welcome to ride along with me if they like, although i cant promise that it will be very fast, lol. :LOL:

its really not as hard as you guys think. plus alan, it'll help alot if you ride along with me before you drive so you know where to go. also, last year they had painted white lines along with the cones to help you out.

My wife will be running...im skipping my run to hang out and get lunch.

i love fun runs....thats if they do them though. i have bald tires and bad wheel bearings though. :(

just wanted to tell you guys that are coming to the autocross drive respectfully at the event. The local scca is already short on places we can race, and can easily lose a site if we don't respect it. Also, if you know of places we could posibly use to race, let somebody know.

well i have never actually seen how big a autocross track is set up. but there are a few places with a big parking lot if that is wat you are asking?

yeah, the bigger the better, and with the least amount of street-lights and such...

I had fun guys! We will have to start doing this once a month! :)

Well went to my house, got the knuckle off of my car, and put it on his car. The car is driveable now but i wouldnt drive it if i didnt have to. The knuckle was broken, upper and lower control arms bent, rims scratched up pretty bad, abs sensor ripped, and the strut was bent.

Alan...sorry about your car man. You should get her up and running again for about $600...$800 if you want a front rim.

ouch. glad you were able to help him out though fadi. if you need a hand with the car alan, just let us know. im sure we could gather a few hands to help out.

got a picture? well anyways, i got save some money for that suspension. but i do need some brakes pads and tires now b/c on the way home those things started squealing and they became bald.
