Passing through LA
Hey guys, I'm making an unexpected road trip from Dallas to Florida. Can you give me a heads up on any construction or speed traps through Louisiana?
I"ll be coming in at Shreveport, and then plan to take 49 to Lake Charles and then 10 to Florida.
Any help appreciated!
If you see a Suzuka Blue S with Texas tags over the weekend, give me a wave!

There is some construction between Tyler and Longview on I-20. I believe it is one lane for 13 miles.
regarding Cops, they are usualy in the Canton area(b/w Dallas and Tyler), and inbetween Tyler and Longview. 49 is usually pretty open. I would still recommend a V1. you might also want to try speedtrap.com
